Keith Glennan

Keith Glennan serves Harmony Technology Services as its Senior Vice President, Strategy and Technology, holding responsibilities for business strategy, consulting, innovation, and technology solution development.

Glennan brings over three decades of leadership, strategy, technology and information technology experience, earning the bulk of his expertise from within various divisions of Northrop Grumman Corporation. For nine years, Glennan held executive positions within Northrop Grumman, including vice president of strategy and technology for Northrop Grumman Information Services, Civil Systems Division. In that position, he was responsible for business and technology strategy, systems engineering and strategic planning for civil systems, including health IT, environmental, secure wireless, identity management, and applications and IT outsourcing at the federal, state, and local levels.

Prior to his work at Northrop Grumman, Glennan worked as an analyst for the National Security and International Affairs Division of the U.S. Congressional Budget Office.

Glennan’s career has cemented him as a proven leader in the strategic use of information technology as a means to competitive advantage and value creation, with an ability to recognize key technology innovations and to appropriately deploy them in enterprise contexts. His extensive experience as a CIO/CTO enables him to transform customer perceptions of IT from a “necessary evil,” to a strategic asset. His strong team-building and leadership skills allow him to motivate team members and align objectives to ensure goal achievement in complex and demanding situations.
