For over 20 years Josh Shelman has built extensive experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management including Sales & Operations Planning including implementation of S&OP and a new ERP System at a Large (>$1B) Oil & Gas Equipment Manufacturer. In this role Mr. Shelman was responsible for design and implementation of Sales & Operations Planning Process across all 28 international manufacturing and service locations. Managed and directed the implementation of all 5 segments: Product, Demand, Supply, Financial, Executive Review reporting directly to the CEO and coordinated efforts and training of C-Level and all executive staff.
